פרויקט יצירה ברחבי הארץ
‘פרויקט יצירה’ הינו פרויקט החונכות באמנויות שמפתחת קרן רז-רם בשנים האחרונות. זהו מודל ייחודי אשר מתבסס על רעיון החונכות הקלאסי, אולם מרחיבו באספקטים טכניים ותוכניים שונים. בבסיס הפרוייקט עומד הרעיון להעניק ליתום חניכה אמנותית במסגרת אישית, לצד קשר אישי בתמיכה עם חונך, בתחום אמנות המשותף לשניים.
במסגרת ‘פרויקט יצירה’, מפעילה הקרן מערך ארצי של חונכויות אישיות, במגוון רחב של תחומי אמנות. בחלק גדול מהחונכויות ב’פרויקט יצירה’, מגיע האמן הבוגר מרקע אישי דומה הקשור בשכול ואובדן, עובדה אשר מקנה לקשר המתהווה איכויות של קרבה והזדהות ראשונית. הקרן מלווה את צמדי היצירה ומעניקה להם ‘מלגת יצירה’ לפעילות שנתית משותפת. ‘מעטפת היצירה’ אשר מעניקה הקרן לזוג היוצרים, החונך הבוגר והחניך הצעיר, מסייעת להם בגיבוש יצירתם המשותפת, ונוטעת בלב החונכות ‘גרעין יצירה’ המתפתח ומביא לתוצאות מיוחדות הן ברמת הקשר בין היוצרים והן ברמת היצירה האמנותית המשותפת, אותה הם מקדמים. ‘מעטפת היצירה’ כוללת גם קשרים וחיבורים למוסדות אמנות ותרבות, בתחומים בהם עוסקת החונכות.
פסיכולוגים מאמינים שפעילות בתחומי האמנויות מסייעת בתהליך עיבוד האבל הנקרא Mourning Subtle. הפרוייקט מעוניין לאפשר ולממש תהליך זה בקרב ילדים ובני נוער יתומים, אשר חוו טראומה ואובדן. בהרבה מקרים האמנים הבוגרים נכנסים גם הם לתהליכים הקשורים בעיבוד האבל, וזוכים גם הם לתמיכה מקצועית במידת הצורך.
